Nothing ships from a click

The catalog is a sample book. Checkout is a reservation / inquiry record. There is no connected card processor, no live warehouse pick, and no published Incoterms price list. The trade desk replies by email to confirm availability, documents, and a real quote.

When a shipment becomes real

• Written confirmation of lot or piece, price, and Incoterms.
• Export documents as required (quality, phytosanitary, mineral papers).
• KYC completed for jewelry, gems and any high-value precious-metal goods.
• Payment instructions issued only after that confirmation — not on this form.

Returns

Because we do not take unsolicited paid orders from the catalog, there is no consumer-returns clock running on a request list. If a confirmed shipment is later agreed, the return or claim terms will be in that contract, not inferred from this page.

Consumer protection

Indicative USD prices are not a binding consumer offer. If we later sell finished retail goods to consumers, this page will be updated with delivery times, costs, and withdrawal rights that match the actual channel.
