Capital should raise the grade of what Ethiopia already produces: process the crop, set the stone, brand the jar, document the lot, then move it. We do not pitch seven unrelated startups under one logo.

Year-one public effort is jewelry / gems + specialty agro + documented export. Seven capital-intensive, highly regulated sectors at once is a classic early-stage failure mode. Mining production and aviation are not a year-one loop.
